CAN I OWN MORE THAN ONE FRANCHISE?

Sure, i mean within one brand, you can have an area development agreement. There are hundreds of franchisees that have hundreds of stores within a brand, but if the question is can i have multiple franchise brands, in part that will be determined by your franchise documents. If the franchisor requires you to use your best interest and to be personally involved, you may have an issue, but certainly there are tremendously large businesses that are franchisee businesses and they own hundreds of different stores, whether it's 100 church's and 100 wendy's or other restaurants, they do exist.
