A notice to appear is a document given to an alien that begins the process of entering into removal of proceedings. It is what the government calls a charging document. It's a very important piece of paper because it means formal action's been instituted. You have to respect that. It also contains, will have allegations that the government says applies in your case and those specific charges need to be understood. Because any relief you have available relates back to that notice to appear. Bottom line is, very important document, not to be ignored.
